Over more than 70 years, Condor Cycles has built a unique reputation for creating handmade, high-quality bicycles for a wide range of customers that have included pop stars, Olympic cyclists and royalty. Since 2017, L&K has worked closely with Condor Cycles to convert all the lighting in their warehouse and its offices to LED and substantially reduce their electrical and maintenance costs. Work undertaken includes:
Replacing 25 high bay lights with the use of a scissor lift
Replacing over 100 fluorescent panels with new LED panels
Installing new data points and power outlets in dado trunking in preparation for a layout change in the warehouse
Upgrading a key distribution board and sub-main
Carrying out a NICEIC EICR report and implementing all remedial work identified to ensure the installation is safe and meets current wiring regulations.
