The Forge, 105 Sumner Street

L&K has secured the exterior lighting package at The Forge, 105 Sumner Street. This small
project, working on behalf of Rochford Construction, will include LED Strip lighting around
handrails and benches, planter lighting and column lighting in the courtyard area of the new
office building, which is being constructed by a joint venture between Mace and Sir Robert
McAlpine. We are due to start work on-site imminently, with completion expected to be
ready for summer 2023.
